Yes, everyone in the water park must have a wristband. Exceptions may be made for elderly patrons and those with disabilities—please speak with the manager on duty for accommodations.
The water park requires wristbands. Dry activities require individual tickets. Both can be purchased at the front desk or online.
In-house tickets are for same-day use only. In emergencies or bad weather, we issue rain-checks. Online tickets never expire. Jungle Rapids does not offer refunds.
Yes, all Best Buy wristband activities must be completed by 8:00 pm on the same day.
No. Shoes are required for all dry activities (closed-toed shoes for the climbing wall). Dry shirts are recommended.
We do not issue refunds. Rain-checks are available if attractions close due to weather. Water park rain-checks are issued after a 1-hour delay and are valid for one year if guests have been inside for less than 3 hours.
